Customer Service Specialist

Overview:
Customer Service Specialist is responsible for GVM Guest Service operations including gift card sales and providing exceptional customer service. This part-time position is ideal for high school or college students- you will have down time to work on homework, reading, etc! This is also a great second job, as most shifts are evenings and weekends!

Responsibilities:
-Sell mall gift cards
-Gift wrapping
-Assist with Guest Service amenities (includes lost and found, wheel chair rental, and coat check) -Maintain knowledge of mall services, stores/ location, and promotional activities
-Answer phone calls
-General clerical tasks (includes making copies and sending faxes)
-Light cleaning tasks (includes cleaning Guest Service kiosk and mall directories)

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
-computer and word processing applications knowledge
-strong verbal communication skills
-excellent problem-solving skills
-friendly and approachable attitude
-professional appearance
-basic customer service understanding

Work Schedule:
-approximately 10-20 hours per week
-must be willing to work week nights, some weekends and some holidays
