We are seeking individuals for our Management Training Program. Qualified applicants will be self motivated, career minded, and customer service driven. Tradehome Shoes is an industry leader. We have been in business since 1921. Our Management Training Program will help you develop the tools necessary to successfully manage your own store. What are Tradehome Shoes managers expected to do? The answer is everything! You will be taught customer service skills, merchandising skills, inventory control skills, employee training skills, and hiring skills to name a few. Your abilities and work ethic will take you as far as you allow them to. All promotions in our company are performance based.

Managers Pay & Benefits

  • 1st Store - $38-60,000/Year
  • 2nd Store- $45-$75,000/Year
  • 3rd Store- $60-$100,000/Year
  • Top Managers earn $90-$120,000/Year
  • Benefit Package worth $15-$20,000/Year
  • Benefit Package includes Health Insurance, Sick Leave, Vacation Pay, Profit Sharing, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance & many other benefits
  • Assistant Managers Pay & Benefits $20-$40,000/year depending on location Full benefit package worth over $15,000
