Nonprofit Meeting Room

The Non-Profit Meeting Room is proudly donated by Gallatin Valley Mall for non-profit use, at no charge, as a courtesy and commitment to the community. 

The space may be reserved by your organization up to once per week. The space is open for use during the hours of Monday-Saturday 10AM-7PM and Sundays 10AM-5PM. It can accommodate up to approximately 100 people. Five (5) tables and twenty-five (25) chairs are available in the space for use. Your organization will have to provide any other equipment you may need. 

If you're interested in reserving the space, call us at 406-586-4565 or visit us at GVM Guest Services. To reserve the space free of charge your organization must be able to provide an up-to-date 501(c)(3) certificate. If you are not a non-profit organization and you wish to reserve the space, please contact us for pricing. 

AVAILABILITY:  We are currently booking the space January 20 through April 30, 2023. 


* Even after booking, the availability of the space is not guaranteed and is subject to change based on the Gallatin Valley Mall leasing prospects, redevelopment schedule, and mall promotional event schedule. Should we have to cancel your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your meeting in another location in the mall.
